If you have paid for a membership, we will usually process your payment within a few business days. After we have processed it, you will receive a “Welcome” email from us which will give you instructions on how to access the contact information for your local area and for registering for the SMC Forum, along with other useful information.

If you don’t receive the “Welcome” email from us within 7 days, our email may have been blocked by your spam filter or there may have been a problem with your order. Please first check that our email has not gone into your spam folder, and then, if you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us at: email@example.com. Provide as much detail about your order as you can.
